STASA QC Online-Qualitätsprognose
STASA QC provides an online quality prediction for all continuous and attributive quality features for each process cycle. Together with a documentation of the results a 100% quality control is achieved, even for quality features, which can only be measured by destroying the product (for example tensile strength, leakage).
In addition STASA QC provides a advanced process monitoring and identifies long term drifts of the process. Beside the monitoring of process fluctuations, relevant process parameters (key parameters) are analysed.
The automatically determined relevant process parameters are used as input data for the quality prediction. For generating the corresponding forecasting models a completely new method called Brain Construction Algorith (BCA), developed by STASA, is used. BCA is based on self-generating neuronal networks.
